St Matthew's FAQs
We hope the following FAQ answers any questions you might have about us. If not, please give us a call.
Q: What time is your worship service?
A: We have one service per week - Sunday at 10:30am.
Q: What time is Sunday School?
A: The Sunday School program runs at the same time as the service. The children join the congregation for a story and songs at the beginning of the service then move to the Sunday School after 10-12 minutes.
Q: Is Communion part of every service?
A: No. We have Communion once a month, the first Sunday of the month (with Morning Tea afterwards).
Q: What local activities does the Church support or participate in?
A: St Matthews is involved with and hosts a number of community activities. Please see the “Activities” page for details. Some are church based, others are not.
Q: Do I have to be a member of the Uniting Church to come to St Matthews?
A: No. We try to make everybody welcome,
Q: Can I just come to visit?
A: Yes.
